Storage: Freezer 3 months, Fridge 3 days

How to use: Simply scoop out portion baby will be eating and warm in microwave or small pot like regular home cooked meals. As best practice, transfer any meals you plan on consuming over the next 3 days from freezer to fridge for convenient use.
