How to make Fonio
Fonio grain is very versatile, it is ideal for a gluten free breakfast cereal, stir fry and works as a perfect swap for quinoa and couscous.

Cooked fonio can also be added to your smoothies for more fiber, to keep you fuller for longer.

Fonio absorbs a lot of water, so a little goes a long way. Detailed recipes are indicated on the pack.
