Our Fonio flour is made from 100% finely ground Fonio grain. It is a gluten free, fiber rich replacement for white flour, and is ideal for baking, pancakes, African ‘swallow’ meal and for thickening sauces

Fonio has a rich, slight nutty flavor and a texture much smaller than quinoa and couscous. It has a low glycemic index which makes it a perfect food for diabetics.
It is 100% natural, additive and preservative free.

How to Use Fonio Flour
Fonio flour can be used for pancakes, baking, swallow and lots more. Detailed recipes are indicated on the pack.
